Roy is a city in Weber County, Utah. Roy is a large suburban community located in a scenic environment between Great Salt Lake and the Bear River Mountains of the Wasatch Range. Roy is about 35 miles north of Salt Lake City, which can easily reached by nearby Interstate 15. Additional major roads running near the city include Interstate 84 and Utah State Route 126.
